Payment

Henrik Karlsson Photography AB requires payment in full before shipping your order.

Steps for processing a payment:

  1. Choose payment method
  2. Complete payment

Available payment options:

  1. Invoice and payment to our bank account.
  2. (Coming soon) Paypal – please note bank charges are for the customers’ account

Shipping

Shipping will only be processed when payment is confirmed.

Shipping world wide is included in all prices. You will be notified when shipment is made and also given approx. delivery date.

Return & refunds

  1. Prints – Henrik Karlsson Photography AB does not accept returns and refunds will not be given on prints as all artworks are printed on demand. 
  2. However, Henrik Karlsson Photography AB will replace damaged goods which are reported to our office within 7 working days of delivery and returned within 30 working days of delivery. We will arrange for the courier to collect the damaged item.

Cancellation policy

  1. Orders may be cancelled via e-mail (it must include your order number) within 24 hours of placing the order
  2. After 24 hours, cancellation is only possible if the order has not yet been printed or shipped. You will be notified via e-mail if it is possible to effect a late cancellation
  3. Once an order has been printed or shipped, no cancellation is possible
  4. A 10% administrative fee will be charged for cancelled orders and the balance will be refunded to the customer within 14 days.
